Terms & Conditions

  • We are a family run establishment. We do not charge additional fees for children when guests book their stay with us.
  • Pets are allowed in the cottages, but not in the suites. There is an additional $50 cleaning fee per pet.
  • There is no smoking in any of the cottages or suites. Guests who do not abide by our policies may incur additional cleaning fees.
  • As our name indicates, we are located on the water. Guests have full access to our private beach. Please note: we do not have lifeguards on duty. Guests are responsible for their own safety.
  • Some of our accommodations include fireplaces. However, for our the safety of our guests, they have been decommissioned. They may not be used to light fires.



  • Aragosta at Goose Cove requires a minimum two night stay for guests who wish reserve a suite or cottage.
  • Guests must submit half (50%) of the cost of their booked stay as a deposit immediately upon reservation of their cottage or suite. The remainder, and any other incurred costs are payable upon check out.
  • We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards. Note: we will need to have a credit card on file when a reservation is made. That credit card would not be charged unless our policies were violated.
  • Our suites and cottages are subject to seasonal pricing.



  • Our check in counter is located at the reception area of the restaurant. Guests can check in anytime between 2pm and 9pm.



  • Guests must check out by 11am, otherwise a late check out fee may be charged.
  • We may be able to accommodate a late check out with no penalties if a request is made within a reasonable time frame.


Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation:

  • You will receive a refund of your deposit (and any additional money you may have sent us towards the remainder of your stay’s balance), provided that you notify us at least two weeks before the scheduled start of your reservation.
  • Note: reservations that include an extended stay and/or multiple lodgings may require a month‘s notice to be eligible for a refund.
  • We do not provide refunds for late arrivals or early departures.


No Shows

  • Guests who do not arrive for their reservations may be charged for the full cost of their reservation.
